Subscribe to Alerts Elite — 21 days free, cancel anytime before the trial ends.
- Visit 2moon.ai and click Start Setup
- Choose Alerts Elite (21-day free trial)
- Enter contact details and payment info — no charge until day 22
Verify your email
Confirm your inbox so we can send alerts and account notifications.
- Open the email from support@2moon.ai
- Click "Confirm your account"
- Set a password — save it, you'll need it for the mobile app

- Sign in with your email + password
- Review and accept the in-app Disclaimer
Connect your broker
Tradovate is our primary futures broker — fast, reliable, low-cost.
- Open a Tradovate account (or use your existing one)
- Verify your identity with a photo ID
- Save your Tradovate username + password — 2MOON needs both
- In the 2MOON app, switch to Futures and select your DEMO account
- Confirm the profile shows Connected Broker · Tradovate
Alternative broker setup
Not using Tradovate directly? Route 2MOON.AI signals through TradersPost to a broker we don't integrate with directly.
2MOON.AI is available as an automated signal source on TradersPost. Subscribe there and route execution through any TradersPost-supported broker:
- Tradovate (also our direct integration)
- TradeStation
- NinjaTrader
- Interactive Brokers (IBKR)
- tastytrade, Tradier, E*TRADE
- Webull, Alpaca, and more

- Note any technical issues — fix them before going live

Go live
After a clean SIM week, request Live Mode and reset your DEMO balance to your real starting capital.
- Email support@2moon.ai from your account email to request Live Mode
- Reset your Tradovate DEMO balance to your real starting capital
- We enable Live Mode on our side, usually within one business day
- Verify open positions and P&L in Tradovate — that's the source of truth
